Sonali Nandy

Sonali Nandy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations across several prominent organizations. Starting as an intern at APD and The SPAR Group Ltd, Sonali progressed to roles such as Recruitment Manager at Jack n Jack Consulting and various positions at Infosys, including Senior Associate Lead in Employee Relations and Human Resources. At Oracle, Sonali served as a Human Resources Consultant before moving to Adobe as an Employee Relations Consultant and later Senior Employee Relations Consultant. Currently, Sonali holds the position of Investigator- Employee Relations at Google. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control from DR B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar.
