Sonam Singh is an experienced professional specializing in UX research and psychology. Beginning with internships in various mental health settings, including Chemical Addiction Rehabilitation Education and Manasa Neuro Psychiatry Hospital, Sonam developed foundational skills in psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions. Transitioning to a focus on user experience, Sonam held prominent roles at major companies such as Google and Microsoft, contributing as a Lead UX Researcher for Microsoft Teams and, currently, as a Senior UX Researcher for Google Search, focusing on Trust and Safety. Other notable positions include consulting as a psychologist at Athoz and conducting extensive user research for Google’s diverse product offerings.
