Sophia Pan

Sophia Pan is an accomplished finance and product management professional with experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and management consulting. Notable roles include Private Equity Summer Analyst at Advent International, where research focused on AI applications in biotech, and at PAG in the Buyout Team. Currently, Sophia serves as a Product Manager at Joyson Safety Systems, following previous internships at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets, and a Management Consulting Intern position at Kearney. Additionally, Sophia founded Blackstones Records, producing and releasing rap music, while simultaneously pursuing academic studies at Duke University with a strong academic record in Economics and Finance. An incoming Associate Product Manager Intern at Google is also on the horizon, set for summer 2026.
