Soukhin Das

Soukhin Das is an accomplished researcher and UX professional with a strong background in auditory research, mixed methods research, and user experience design. At the UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain, Soukhin Das served as a Summer Engineering Research Fellow, leading studies that integrated machine learning and statistical models to address cognitive decline and hearing loss, while also training research associates in advanced methodologies. Experience at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi involved designing innovative wearable sensors for brain activity recording, significantly enhancing team efficiency. As a UX Designer, Soukhin Das improved user engagement metrics for various projects and is currently contributing as a UX Researcher at Google and eliciting insights to manage operator workload in aviation at Wisk. Educationally, Soukhin Das is pursuing a degree at the University of California, Davis.
