Srinath Rao

Srinath Rao is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in the areas of search and shopping infrastructure. From July 2015 to November 2022, Srinath served as Senior Director of Engineering at Google, where responsibilities included overseeing the Google Shopping Infrastructure. Prior to Google, Srinath held multiple engineering leadership roles at Ask.com, including Sr. Director of Engineering for Search and Answers Technology, where notable achievements included the development of the QSense platform and enhancement of core search technologies. Srinath holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
