Sruthi Ravichandran has a strong background in software engineering, beginning with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai (2005-2009) and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from San Jose State University (2010-2012). Experience includes a Programmer/Student Intern role at Tata Consultancy Services, where Sruthi developed a Rain Trace Forecasting System, and a series of positions at NetApp, advancing from Quality Engineer II to Manager of Quality Operations, where leadership of a team and implementation of strategic initiatives led to significant improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
