Stefan Schmid

Stefan Schmid is an accomplished professional in the cybersecurity and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Google Cloud Security & Mandiant Sales for EMEA North, Central & CEE since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan held various leadership positions at Siemplify, including Vice President International and Vice President EMEA from July 2017 to January 2023. Stefan's extensive experience also includes significant tenures at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where roles included Vice President EMEA for HPE Security Products, and at IBM Internet Security Systems as a Key Account Manager. Early in the career, Stefan worked as a Key Account Manager at Industri-Matematik. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Hohenheim.
