Stephanie Maddox has a diverse background in marketing, business development, recruitment, and operations management. Starting as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Bright Light Marketing in 2011, Stephanie progressed to roles such as Business Development & Recruitment Manager at Express Employment Professionals from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, from April 2020 to April 2022, Stephanie held multiple positions at Google, including Communications & Operations Program Manager and Internal Governance & Risk Management Lead, with a focus on performance management systems and talent acquisition. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin.
