Stephanie Ueng has over 15 years of experience advising industry-leading executives, focusing on strategies for growth and operational transformation. They served as Design Lead/Senior Design Lead at IDEO from 2020 to 2022 and as Strategy Director at Roche from 2022 to 2024. Previously, Stephanie was a Legislative Fellow and Outreach Advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives and held pivotal roles at Accenture and Visa, where they consulted on business strategy and client engagement. Currently, they lead Executive Experiences, Leadership, and Innovation Labs at Google while working as a Strategic Advisor for CxOs tackling complex challenges.
