Stephen Edwards is a Staff Software Engineer at Google, having progressed through various roles within the company since 2016. Prior to their tenure at Google, Stephen held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at The MathWorks from 2012 to 2016. They earned a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from Yale University, where they developed models related to quantum scattering theory. Stephen also holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College, where they supported fellow students as an Academic Excellence Facilitator.
