Stephen Elkind

Stephen Elkind is a Product Counsel at Google, with a prior role as Product Counsel and Lead Counsel for Product at Meta from January 2019 to December 2020. Significant legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Kathleen O'Malley at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and for the Honorable J. Paul Oetken at the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, along with time as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Durie Tangri LLP. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from NYU School of Law, a Master of Science (MS) in Computational Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and two Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy, both summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
