Stephen Upton possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Upton began with an internship at the International Republican Institute in 2012, providing operational support for the Latin America & Caribbean Division. A subsequent internship at the American Enterprise Institute took place in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Upton worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Business Financial Manager for DARPA/MTO, focusing on project management and financial management for defense programs.
