Stephen Williams is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles at major companies. At Google from January 2019 to May 2025, Stephen served as Senior Director in two capacities: overseeing demand planning and capacity management for the ML Fleet and leading Platform Reliability Engineering for Google Cloud. Previously, Stephen held the role of Director for Site Reliability Engineering, focusing on the Data Analytics portfolio. Prior to Google, Stephen was a Technical Advisor at Redox and a Founding Member of the San Diego Tech Hub. At Amazon, from January 2015 to January 2018, Stephen launched one-hour delivery services globally and significantly increased revenue. Earlier experience includes serving as CTO/SVP at Experian, where Stephen transformed the technology capabilities of a $1 billion business unit. Stephen holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
