Steve Padgett

Steve Padgett is a Principal Network Architect at Google, Inc, where they focus on designing, building, and running massively scalable cluster and backbone networks. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Senior Network Manager at AT&T/BellSouth from 2001 to 2007 and as the Director of Information Technology at Avana Communications, Inc from 1996 to 2001. Steve earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Steve holds the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.
