Steven Cavanaugh has extensive experience in research and software engineering, beginning as a Research Assistant at Harvard University from June 2006 to May 2010, where responsibilities included data analysis and programming for neutrino experiments. From May 2010 to February 2020, Steven served as Vice President of Research at Internet Infrastructure Services Corporation, specializing in secure mobile technology, machine learning, and automated data processing. Since February 2020, Steven has been working as a Software Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering at Google. Education includes a PhD in Physics and a Master of Arts in Physics from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics from Rutgers University.
