Steven Walter

Steven Walter has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, serving in various leadership roles at prominent companies. At Google from June 2008 to June 2024, Steven held positions including VP of Global Infrastructure and Energy, VP of Engineering - Networking, and Director of Networking, focusing on organizing and making information universally accessible. Prior to Google, Steven worked at Level 3 Communications from October 2006 to May 2008, where responsibilities included VP of Engineering and VP of Metro Network Planning and Provisioning, overseeing network engineering and planning of metro network assets. Steven holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
