Sudha Vivek

Sudha Vivek has over a decade of experience in recruiting and talent management, currently serving as a Global Staffing Manager at Google since January 2010. In this role, Sudha manages and develops a team of senior recruiters, focusing on global delivery in Cloud Security/CISO, Networking, and Storage, while strategically enhancing productivity and achieving targets. Previously, Sudha held positions as Global Staffing Lead and Sr. Engineering Recruiter at Google, emphasizing talent acquisition in technical fields. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Urpan Technologies, inc. and as an IT Recruiter at Silicon Valley Systech, where Sudha was responsible for full life cycle recruitment and client relationships. Sudha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed in 2004.
