Sudheer Sahu

Sudheer Sahu is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in local search and advertising technology. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Google since 2018, Sudheer Sahu oversees initiatives related to Local Search Ads and Online Local Ads. Prior to Google, Sudheer Sahu was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at YP, leading a team of over 500 and managing engineering and technology across various platforms. Earlier in the career, Sudheer Sahu worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to Bing Search. Sudheer Sahu holds a PhD in Computer Science from Duke University and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
