Suman Manjunath

Suman Manjunath is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in cloud gaming, software architecture, and scalable backend systems. At NVIDIA from April 2013 to October 2014, Suman played a key role as a senior software engineer in the development of the GRID Cloud Gaming service. Prior to that, Suman interned at VMware, contributing to the management platform, and later served as a member of the technical staff, enhancing the VMware Cloud Suite Management framework. Suman also interned at Novell, where contributions were made to the Evolution open-source GNOME project. Suman's tenure at Google from October 2014 to March 2020 included positions as a software engineer and then a senior software engineer, focusing on backend development for Google Photos and user engagement in emerging markets. As an engineering team lead for YouTube Live, Suman designed cutting-edge infrastructure for messaging on the platform. Suman holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
