Susan Lai has a diverse background in financial advisory and program management, beginning with an associate and later senior associate role at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2006 to June 2008. Susan transitioned to Autodesk, where roles included Revenue Operations Program Manager and Senior Finance Business Analyst from June 2016 to April 2019. At Google, Susan served as Project Manager for Revenue Systems from May 2019 to December 2021 and currently holds the position of Program Manager for Search Platforms Policy. Susan earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University.
