Swamy K. has extensive experience in software engineering and engineering management, with a focus on cloud storage and infrastructure. At Oracle, Swamy served as Senior Software Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of over 25 engineers in the block storage data plane team for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and later held the role of Director of Development for a global block storage team. Swamy also contributed significantly to the initial development of OCI’s block storage services, implementing features such as geo disaster recovery and automatic repairs.
