Swanson Ninan

Swanson Ninan possesses a diverse background in program management and security investigations, with significant experience at Boston University and Google. As the Program Manager for the First-Year Student Outreach Project, Swanson managed a large service-based initiative involving over 900 students and organized the hiring of 224 staff members. At the Center for Gender, Sexuality, and Activism, Swanson co-directed efforts promoting gender equality while managing public relations and community outreach. In a series of roles at Google, Swanson advanced from Recruiting Associate to Manager of Insider Risk & Security Investigations, overseeing global teams, establishing partnerships, and developing operational frameworks to assess insider threats. Swanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Sociology from Boston University.
