Swati Iyer

Swati Iyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and product management across leading technology and financial firms. At Lloyds Banking Group, Swati served as a Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included leading enterprise design initiatives during the bank mergers, focusing on system integration and user experience. Following this, Swati worked at Microsoft as a Technical Product Manager II, designing Azure availability metrics and web-based tooling for data center operations. Most recently, at Google, Swati held multiple roles, including Area Lead for Meet Intelligence, driving AI-first experiences and significant revenue growth, as well as Senior Product Manager, overseeing the Productivity Pillar for Google Meet and enhancing features for large-scale meetings and the education sector. Swati holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
