Swati Sharma possesses extensive experience in recruitment spanning over 15 years across various industries, including ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, and international hiring. Beginning as a Team Leader at 2COMS from October 2007 to February 2013, Swati managed end-to-end recruitment projects for notable clients such as Accenture, TCS, and Cognizant. Transitioning to Amazon from February 2013 to September 2014, Swati focused on marketplace hiring for the Transaction Risk Management team, addressing complex operational challenges. Since October 2014, Swati has been a Recruiter at Google. Swati holds a B.A. in English from the University of Calcutta and a PGPM in HR & Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.
