Sylvain Hirsch

Sylvain Hirsch is a seasoned expert in cyber security and digital forensics, currently serving as a Master Thesis Expert at Berner Fachhochschule BFH and co-leading the Cyber Security Chapter for La French Tech Singapore. Hirsch has previously held roles as a visiting researcher at University College Dublin, a threat detection and response specialist at Credit Suisse, and a consultant at Mandiant, now part of Google Cloud. This professional has extensive experience in incident response, conducting forensics, and improving cyber capabilities across various organizations. Additional contributions include multiple speaking engagements at esteemed conferences and a role as a reviewer for the journal Forensic Science International: Digital Investigation. Hirsch holds a position as a teaching assistant at the University of Lausanne and has participated in various cyber security competitions and projects such as the Cyber 9/12 Student Challenge. Currently, education at INSEAD is further enhancing management skills in business administration.
