Tal Linzen

Tal Linzen has extensive experience in academia and industry, currently serving as an Associate Professor at New York University since September 2023 and as a Research Scientist at Google since December 2021. Previous positions include Assistant Professor at The Johns Hopkins University and New York University, and roles as a Researcher and Software Developer at Gita Technologies and as a Researcher at Imperva. Tal Linzen's research is focused on probabilistic models of human language comprehension and acquisition, integrating computational modeling with human experiments. Educational credentials include a PhD in Linguistics from NYU and a Master's in Linguistics from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Linguistics from the same institution.
