Tanea Ellis

Tanea Ellis, MA, PCC, is an executive leadership coach and global learning and development leader with over 20 years of experience in organizational strategy and team alignment. Tanea has previously held significant roles at prominent organizations such as Disney ABC Television Group, Google, and Accenture, where they designed and delivered innovative training programs and coaching services. Currently, Tanea serves as the Head of Google-wide Onboarding & Orientation and as a lecturer at Columbia University Human Capital Management. Tanea's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University and ongoing studies at Lehigh University.
