TC Young possesses extensive experience in talent management and recruiting, with a notable tenure at Kforce Inc. as a Sr. Talent Manager in the Search Division from December 2010 to July 2014. Prior to Kforce, TC Young served as an Account Executive at DI Incorporated, achieving significant success by securing the largest deal shortly after joining. Additional roles include a brief position as a Recruiter at Aerotek and multiple staffing-related positions at Google, culminating in the role of Senior Recruiting Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Testing Analyst at Philips, focusing on product testing and data analysis.
