Terrance Shepherd has extensive experience in customer success and technical support across various roles in the tech industry. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Photo Booth Picture Company since October 2018, Terrance has also contributed to Google as a Technical Solutions Engineer focused on high-touch support for strategic customers.
