Terry Koo

Terry Koo is a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Google, where they have been launching projects since 2021, following a progression from Research Scientist to Staff Research Scientist from 2010 to 2013. Prior to their tenure at Google, Terry was a Graduate Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2010, where they wrote papers on parsing and machine learning. Terry holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from MIT, completed in 2004, alongside a PhD in the same field obtained in 2010.
