Thiago Gaspar

Thiago Gaspar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and infrastructure capacity management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Google since December 2024, Thiago previously held various leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Head of Infrastructure Capacity Management, where responsibilities included overseeing cloud capacity management and leading significant infrastructure expansions. Thiago also served as the Head of New Regions Strategy & Planning, managing large-scale cloud product deployments globally, and as Infrastructure Country Manager for LATAM, achieving major cost reductions and site expansions. Earlier in the career, Thiago was the Chief Operating Officer and Supply Chain & Operations Executive at General Electric, driving significant EBITDA growth, and held roles in project management at Daimler and talent development at Siemens AG. Thiago holds an Executive MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
