Thomas Castéran

Thomas Cast, PhD, currently serves as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since July 2023. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University from August 2018 to November 2023, focusing on Physical Biochemistry and investigating the molecular mechanisms of Autism-associated mutations. Thomas's academic journey includes a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University (2018-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gonzaga University (2014-2018). Prior to these academic roles, Thomas gained experience as a Research Assistant at Gonzaga University and served as a Resident Assistant, advising students and facilitating programming to enhance first-year experiences. Thomas's earlier work experience includes customer service roles at PCC Community Markets.
