Tianchi Z.

Tianchi (Zach) Z. is a skilled Software Engineer currently at Google since September 2025, with previous experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California where work involved multi-arm bandit problems and algorithm design. Tianchi has also completed internships in quantitative research at JPMorganChase, data modeling and machine learning at Moody's Corporation, and competitive data science at Kaggle, achieving a silver medal. Holding a PhD in Operations Research and an MS in Data Science from the University of Southern California, as well as a BS in Statistics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Tianchi possesses a strong foundation in data analysis and algorithm development.
