Tiffany Tan

Tiffany Tan is an experienced professional in transformation and change management, particularly focused on hiring processes in the APAC region. They began their career as an Assistant Relationship Manager at Nomura, before serving as an Associate Banker at Citi. Tiffany then transitioned to Russell Reynolds Associates, where they specialized in executive search and assessment. They later worked at Uber as a Senior Recruiter for the APAC region and briefly held the role of APAC Program Manager for People Experience Transformation at Google, setting strategies for change in hiring design and technology. Tiffany earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a focus on Marketing and Management, from Singapore Management University.
