Tim Lin is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing high-performance data systems. At Narus Inc from July 2013 to December 2014, Tim created a system for ingesting and processing real-time network data. Subsequently, at Symantec from January 2015 to August 2018, Tim contributed to the design and implementation of the Unified Security Analytics Platform, a significant cloud-based data lake solution. Currently, Tim is furthering his expertise at Google as a software engineer. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, obtained in 2013.
