Timon Van Overveldt is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the field. Timon began as a Software Developer at Kenaz N.V. from September 2008 to July 2011, followed by a Research Internship at Microsoft Research in June 2012. Timon advanced through various roles at Google, serving as a Software Engineer from June 2016 to November 2020, and subsequently as a Senior Software Engineer up until November 2020, ultimately progressing to the position of Staff Software Engineer, which has been held since. Additionally, Timon gained research experience as a Research Intern in the Computer Security Group at UC Santa Barbara in August 2011. Educationally, Timon earned a Bachelor of Science in Informatics (Computer Science) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the same institution in 2013.
