Timothy J. Harvey is an accomplished computer scientist with extensive experience in software engineering and compiler optimization. A PhD graduate in Computer Science from Rice University, Timothy served as a Research Scientist at Rice University from February 1991 to March 2012 before taking on the role of Technical Lead at PRC from May 1988 to February 1991. Following this, Timothy held the position of Optimizing Compiler Specialist at Texas Instruments from March 2012 until February 2023. Currently, Timothy is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, focusing on compilers for machine learning applications.
