Previously, Tolga served as a Communications Officer at the International Finance Corporation, significantly increasing awareness of its impact across Turkey and beyond. With a solid foundation in government affairs, Tolga held key roles at notable organizations including 3M, Vodafone, and Philip Morris International, where they cultivated influential relationships and shaped policy outcomes. Tolga's academic credentials include a Master’s in Finance from Boston College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University.
