Tom Castle

Tom Castle serves as the Global Lead for the Global Security Operations Centre at Google, a position held since March 2017, where oversight includes a 24/7 proactive response to global security threats, managing a diverse team of over 200 security professionals across multiple regions. Previously, Tom Castle was the EMEA Security Operations Centre Manager, responsible for the establishment of Google's first Regional Security Operations Center in EMEA. Prior experience includes an 11-year tenure with the Metropolitan Police as a Police Officer, with significant contributions to frontline policing and counter-terrorism efforts in the UK's premier unit, SO15. Tom Castle holds a BSc (Hons) in Politics & International Relations from the University of Southampton.
