Tom Dewaele is currently the Global Head of People Experience at Google, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served in various HR leadership positions at Unilever from 2016 to 2020, where they managed global HR services and developed HR strategies across Europe, North Africa, Russia, and the Middle East. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including HR Director for Benefralux. Tom earned a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master's in Business Planning from VLEKHO Business School.
