Tom Egan

Tom Egan has extensive experience in operations and finance across various organizations. Beginning as a Teacher of Economics and Mathematics at Trinity-Pawling School, Tom transitioned to the business sector, holding significant roles such as VP Operations at auctionPAL and progressing through various positions at LaunchCapital, ultimately serving as Principal. Tom's expertise further expanded at Google as part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, and Tom contributed to Optum Ventures as a Principal. Engagements with TechStars as an Associate and Mentor, along with being a Kauffman Fellow since 2016, highlight Tom's commitment to mentorship and professional development. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College, supplemented by studies at The London School of Economics and participation in the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
