Tom Koser

Tom Koser possesses extensive experience in project and program management within the telecommunications industry. At AT&T, Tom held multiple roles, including DS3 SPOC-Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing service orders and leading statewide process improvement initiatives that saved the company $3 million. Subsequent positions included responsibilities in engineering and planning for fiber optic and high-speed services, as well as vendor management and stakeholder engagement in his role at Google as a Global PMO TPM. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University.
