Tom Ngo is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in creative direction and digital marketing. As the Creative Director of Sunway's Got Talent from February 2023 to August 2024, Tom led the event's marketing and branding efforts, achieving a 50% increase in social media engagement and attracting over 1,000 attendees. Following this, Tom served as a Marketing Junior at Tapway from March 2024 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing the company's digital presence and collaborating on brand strategy. Currently, Tom works as a Google Ads Specialist at Google, employed by TDCX, beginning in August 2025.
