Tom Ouyang is an accomplished software engineer and researcher with extensive experience in the technology sector. Ouyang served as a Principal Software Engineer at Waymo from July 2018 to December 2023, after holding a position as a Research Scientist at Google from January 2012 to July 2018. Currently, Ouyang is a Principal Software Engineer at Google, beginning in December 2023.
