Tom Quinn

Tom Quinn possesses extensive experience in the building services and energy sectors. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from DIT Bolton Street, Tom began a career as a Building Services Design Engineer at Buro Happold from March 2001 to August 2003, leading mechanical design on various projects, including those in public-private partnerships. Tom then served as Building Services Manager at JJ Rhatigan & Co. from August 2003 to August 2009, focusing on tender documentation, subcontractor management, and cost control. From September 2009 to April 2020, Tom excelled as Energy Services Manager at Bord na Móna, driving energy efficiency initiatives. Currently, Tom is involved in Energy & Location Strategy for Google Data Centres, beginning in May 2020, while also pursuing professional education in Energy Finance at HeatSpring and a post-graduate course in Business Management at DCU.
