Tomer Shekel

Tomer Shekel is an experienced product manager and system architect with a strong background in technology and education. At Intel Corporation, Tomer served as a Wireless System Architect, leading a multi-disciplinary team to define product requirements and architecture. In the education sector, Tomer worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University, focusing on data analysis in marketing. Returning to Google, Tomer currently holds the position of Group Product Manager, having previously excelled as a Senior Product Manager for Chromecast and Google Home, where responsibilities included launching the Google Home product line. Earlier experience includes managing a $150M communications project for the Israel Defense Forces and overseeing innovative software and wireless network products. Tomer holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering, both obtained with honors from prestigious institutions.
