Technical Program Manager

Tony Zhou is an experienced technical program manager and engineer with a diverse background in telecommunications and technology. At Meta, Tony Zhou worked on the Facebook Open Research & Transparency initiative, focusing on global expansion for the Climate Science Center. Prior to that, a substantial tenure at Comcast involved leading complex VoIP/SIP/IMS infrastructure upgrades and developing a Readable Voicemail system. Additionally, Tony Zhou held principal engineering roles at Sprint Nextel, overseeing the design and integration of Push-To-Talk and multimedia streaming services, and served as a field engineer for Motorola China. Currently, Tony Zhou is a technical program manager at Google, focusing on test engineering for Pixel mobile devices. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a PhD in Computer Security from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
