Tonya M. Johnson is a seasoned professional in user experience research, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google since September 2018. Prior to this role, Tonya held the position of Lecturer at Northeastern University from August 2017 to December 2022, teaching a graduate-level course on Usable Design for Digital Mobile Media. With extensive experience at Vanguard spanning from 1999 to 2018, Tonya progressed from Manager of Strategic Technology Research to Senior User Experience Researcher, gaining proficiency in various research techniques and tools.
