Tracy To

Tracy To is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance systems and project management, primarily at Google, where Tracy has served as a Finance Systems BI Lead from June 2015 to January 2019 and is currently a Senior Engineering Program Manager focusing on search infrastructure.
