Usha Dronamraju has a strong background in the technology sector, beginning as a Systems Manager at Wipro Systems from 1994 to 1997. Following this role, Usha served as a Senior Consultant at MDC CRT Systems from 1998 to 2003, and then progressed to an Executive Director position at JPMorgan Chase from 2004 until 2025.
